Eurodad, along with 34 other CSO organisations, have today sent an open letter to the European World Bank Executive Directors (EDs) regarding the WBG's promotion of public-private partnerships (PPPs).
Cécilia Gondard joined Eurodad in June 2018 as a Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer working on publicly-backed private finance. In March 2020, she became the network outreach coordinator, focusing on project management within the framework of Eurodad's network outreach strategy. Prior to joining Eurodad, Cécilia worked for the Global Progressive Forum and the S&D Group in the European Parliament. She also coordinated the Europeans for Financial Reform coalition and the Financial Transaction tax Now! campaign. Cécilia has a degree in European Studies from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University and a Master’s degree in European Business from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management. Her mother tongue is French and she speaks fluent English and basic German.
