Considering the current context of multiple crises, the side event will analyse the challenges for climate finance delivery in global south countries, from a climate and economic justice perspective, understanding the implications of debt and the opportunities that debt cancellation and/or the use of non-debt creating mechanisms could create in most vulnerable countries.
