The Circle is committed to fighting global poverty through international solidarity and social change. Poverty includes issues of basic fundamental rights as well as issues of human rights, equity or vulnerability to environmental and climatic risks. International solidarity acts against inequalities and injustices inflicted on individuals or populations in order to resolve them in a spirit of solidarity.
