Eurodad is looking for a Policy and Advocacy Assistant to efficiently and effectively support our Development Finance Team.

The Ideal Candidate
The role is within Eurodad’s development finance team, which works on effective aid, publicly-backed private finance, international financial institutions and climate finance. The purpose of the role is to support the team’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) processes including activity documentation, reporting and evaluation, policy work and network strengthening. In general, the Policy Assistant will support Eurodad in its efforts to build strong and effective coalitions for change, and help to empower civil society organizations in Europe and beyond.
The role involves support for project implementation, reporting and coordination, network strengthening, events organisation, outputs production, information sharing and capacity development for the Eurodad Network and its allies.
The successful candidate understands and is familiar with a project cycle and implementation and can support tasks at each project-stage. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work in a multicultural context, and the ability to plan, organise and implement on their own initiative. They will be excited by working at the cutting edge of development finance and climate finance policy campaigns for transformative change.
