Edna Pathmini is a 57-year-old community leader with We Women Lanka, based in the Wathupitiwala Free Trade Zone in Sri Lanka. With over 25 years of experience as a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) worker, she brings deep, lived insight into the challenges and realities faced by women in the apparel sector. Due to a disability, she is now unable to attend work regularly, further shaping her perspective on the vulnerabilities within the system.
